Lagoon 4 - 30+ Dunlin still, 1 Turnstone, 1 Whimbrel, 1 Arctic Tern and 2 Common Sandpipers still also no sign of the Black-tailed Godwits this morning at 6:00 (that's the earliest Steve could do)

South Arm 3 - 1 Great Northern Diver (almost full summer plumage) still
South Arm - 1 Tree Pipit flew over North-West at 6:20 also 2 Scaup (drake) still
Sailing Club Bay - 2 Wheatears
Goldeneye Spit - 2 Dunlin

Lagoon 4 - 30 Dunlin still and 1 Whimbrel this evening (also on Lagoon 3) also best of all
429 Black-tailed Godwits!!!!!!!!!!!
this evening (300 flew off at 19:45 and then 39 came from Lagoon 3 and another 90 were on Lagoon 3 till this evening)
2 birds were colour ringed:
1st bird:
Left leg - Green over Red above tibia Right leg - Red over Red above tibia with White below
2nd Bird:
Left leg - Black above tibia Right leg - White over Orange above tibia
This Black-tailed Godwit flock is the second largest ever in the county with the previous being in 2013 on Thursday 25th April and the previous before then was of 150 on April 27th 1995
